About the Sangrita
Sangrita, "little blood", comes from Jalisco in Mexico. It is the traditional chaser for tequila.
The alcohol-free family. Alcohol-free mixed drinks are as old as cocktails, from the temperance drinks of the 1800s to the Shirley Temple of the 1930s. The word "mocktail" came into wide use in the 1980s, and today's bars treat alcohol-free drinks with the same care as any cocktail.
