About the Presbyterian
The Presbyterian is a Scottish highball of whisky with ginger ale and soda. Its name is a joke about the Presbyterian church's strict views on alcohol.
The buck and mule family. Bucks and mules mix a spirit with ginger ale or ginger beer and a little citrus. Bucks were popular around 1900. The Moscow Mule, created in Los Angeles in the early 1940s, made the copper-mug version famous around the world.
