About the Nojito
The alcohol-free classic family. This is an alcohol-free take on a classic. Non-alcoholic spirits arrived in the mid-2010s (Seedlip, launched in 2015, is often called the first distilled one), and they let bartenders keep the shape and balance of the original. Keep the method the same as the classic and the result tastes surprisingly close.
