About the Nogroni
The alcohol-free classic family. This is an alcohol-free take on a classic. Non-alcoholic spirits arrived in the mid-2010s (Seedlip, launched in 2015, is often called the first distilled one), and they let bartenders keep the shape and balance of the original. Keep the method the same as the classic and the result tastes surprisingly close.
Nogroni FAQ
What's in a Nogroni?
30 ml non-alcoholic gin, 45 ml non-alcoholic bitter aperitif, garnished with orange twist.
Does a Nogroni contain alcohol?
No. It is completely alcohol-free, so it suits drivers, non-drinkers and anyone pacing themselves.
Should I shake or stir a Nogroni?
Stir it. It is made only of spirits and wines, so stirring keeps it clear and silky. Shaking would make it cloudy and frothy.
What glass do you serve a Nogroni in?
A rocks glass, about 300 ml. Serve it over ice. No rocks glass? Use any short, heavy tumbler.
