60 ml brewed black tea, 25 ml fresh lemon juice, 20 ml maple syrup, 1 egg white, garnished with lemon twist.
Does a House Smoky Tea Sour contain alcohol?
No. It is completely alcohol-free, so it suits drivers, non-drinkers and anyone pacing themselves.
Should I shake or stir a House Smoky Tea Sour?
Shake it. Egg needs hard shaking to foam, and citrus, juice and cream need shaking to mix properly and gain a light, lively texture.

A coupe, about 180 ml. Chill the glass first and serve without ice. No coupe? Use a martini glass or small wine glass.
