Ingredients
- 30 ml Passionfruit pulp
- 15 ml Vanilla syrup
- 15 ml Fresh lime juice
- 30 ml Pineapple juice
- 30 ml Alcohol-free sparkling wine
- Passionfruit half (garnish)
Method
- Chill the glass
- Pour 30 ml passionfruit pulp into the shaker
- Pour 15 ml vanilla syrup into the shaker
- Add 15 ml fresh lime juice
- Pour 30 ml pineapple juice into the shaker
- Add ice
- Shake hard
- Strain
- Top with 30 ml alcohol-free sparkling wine
- Garnish
Tip
Serve the sparkling wine on the side, like the original.
