- 20 ml Passionfruit pulp
- 30 ml Non-alcoholic bitter aperitif
- 90 ml Alcohol-free sparkling wine
- 30 ml Soda water
- Half passionfruit (garnish)
Method
- Ice the glass
- Pour 20 ml passionfruit pulp into the glass
- Pour 30 ml non-alcoholic bitter aperitif into the glass
- Pour 90 ml alcohol-free sparkling wine into the glass
- Top with 30 ml soda water
- Stir once
