About the Alcohol-Free Eggnog

The alcohol-free classic family. This is an alcohol-free take on a classic. Non-alcoholic spirits arrived in the mid-2010s (Seedlip, launched in 2015, is often called the first distilled one), and they let bartenders keep the shape and balance of the original. Keep the method the same as the classic and the result tastes surprisingly close.

Alcohol-Free Eggnog FAQ

What's in an Alcohol-Free Eggnog?

1 whole egg, 90 ml milk, 30 ml thickened cream, 20 ml sugar syrup, 5 ml vanilla syrup, garnished with grated nutmeg.

Does an Alcohol-Free Eggnog contain alcohol?

No. It is completely alcohol-free, so it suits drivers, non-drinkers and anyone pacing themselves.

Should I shake or stir an Alcohol-Free Eggnog?

Shake it. Egg needs hard shaking to foam, and citrus, juice and cream need shaking to mix properly and gain a light, lively texture.

What glass do you serve an Alcohol-Free Eggnog in?

A rocks glass, about 300 ml. Serve it over ice. No rocks glass? Use any short, heavy tumbler.
