About the Alcohol-Free Clover Club
The alcohol-free classic family. This is an alcohol-free take on a classic. Non-alcoholic spirits arrived in the mid-2010s (Seedlip, launched in 2015, is often called the first distilled one), and they let bartenders keep the shape and balance of the original. Keep the method the same as the classic and the result tastes surprisingly close.
Alcohol-Free Clover Club FAQ
What's in an Alcohol-Free Clover Club?
50 ml non-alcoholic gin, 20 ml fresh lemon juice, 20 ml raspberry syrup, 1 egg white, garnished with raspberry.
Does an Alcohol-Free Clover Club contain alcohol?
No. It is completely alcohol-free, so it suits drivers, non-drinkers and anyone pacing themselves.
Should I shake or stir an Alcohol-Free Clover Club?
Shake it. Egg needs hard shaking to foam, and citrus, juice and cream need shaking to mix properly and gain a light, lively texture.
What glass do you serve an Alcohol-Free Clover Club in?
A coupe, about 180 ml. Chill the glass first and serve without ice. No coupe? Use a martini glass or small wine glass.
